The designer must provide a sketch with the placement of items/fixtures for a floor plan and any necessary verbiage.
Details required for Elevations:
The designer must provide a sketch with notes and dimensions to be included in the elevations.
Details required for 3D rendering service:
Before we begin we need the following information for 3D renderings.
Complete set of drawings ( floor plan measurements, window placements)
List and images of furniture, accessories, art, and decor with links to exact pieces.
If you have a window view, what would you prefer: No view, trees, CityView.
Please Note: Our renders are for concept purposes only and depict a close to very similar look to your actual design.
Our process :
Please email us all the information about the project.
The next step is to sign off on a virtual design assistance agreement.
We will then send you an invoice for a flat fee package you would like to purchase.
We will create the first draft within 7 to 10 days depending on the project scope.
Upon approval of the first draft with any minor revisions, you’ll receive the final renderings.
Revisions :
Two revision are included. For example: Changing or adding accessories.
Additional revisions will be charged on the Designer’s hourly rate mentioned in the agreement.
